Premium ‘Buntu’, ‘Nitro’ & ‘Invertex’ Themes from ThemeBerry.Com – Now available for the Bold!
cott over at Themeberry.com let me know that they have taken 3 of their popular themes, ‘Buntu’, ‘Nitro’ & ‘Invertex’ and re-created a version for the Blackberry Bold. All 3 themes are available in Bottom Zen, ‘L’, and Today/Bottom Zen styles. I couldn’t show them all here so I gave you a sampling. Scott was kind enough to send me a few to test on my Bold so I could give a bit of a review. First was Buntu which has an abstract blue background with colorful icons in translucent rounded corner boxes. The today screen features ‘message’ and ‘calendar’ listings in a smaller font giving it a nice, neat look. This is a professional, no-nonsense theme that offers functionality at its very best.

Next we have Nitro, which IMO, is the most flashy of the bunch (and I like flashy). A dark, linen textured background with vibrant icons (this time in black boxes) give this theme a rich and classic design. I like the fonts used which are simple and easy-to-read. The overall theme is one that you’ll probably sport on your Bold for some time. Remember, this theme is available in many styles so if you want a Today style…they have that as well!
Nitro for the Bold also costs $7.00.
Last, but not least is Invertex which features unique looking icons popping out of a slick, black background. Again, fonts used in this theme are neat and easy-to-read and the theme is available in a variety of styles. All in all, a real easy theme to move about. Great looking and functional.
